 Maki Sushi Recipes

 WASHING and SOAKING

1. 2 Hours prior to cooking, wash the rice completely and permit the water to deplete.
2. Measure the expected measure of water to rice and let represent an hour or more.
3. Not long prior to cooking rice add purpose.

 COOKING IN POT Yield: 7 major rolls (futomaki)
5 cups (30 oz.) Japanese rice
5 1/3 cups water
2 Tbs. purpose

INSTRUCTION
1. Carry items to bubble for 2-3 minutes. Cover pot firmly.
2. Diminish hotness to low and stew for 15 minutes.
3. Eliminate from hotness and let represent 10 minutes.

 Planning VINEGAR MIXTURE
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup rice vinegar
3 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ajinomoto

INSTRUCTION
1. Eliminate rice and spot into an enormous compartment
2. Pour vinegar blend over hot rice and blend completely, yet daintily, with an upward cutting movement. Fanning while at the same time blending (this gives brilliance to the rice). Answer: Cool rice prior to making sushi.
