Maki Sushi (Japanese seasoned rice rolls)

MAKI SUSHI RECIPE INSTRUCTIONS

2. Lay filling fixings across the rice in flimsy lines around 2/3 of the way down from the top.
3. Beginning at the base, roll the sushi mat over-top the sushi, delicately pushing down to firm and smaller the rice.
4. Eliminate the mat and cut the sushi into 1-inch pieces. Present with gari, wasabi and soy sauce for plunging.
