Maki Sushi - Kampyo Filling (Dried gourd)
A pleasant maki sushi formula to try....
Fixings
Kampyo - - 1 ounce
Bubbling water - - 1 1/2 cup
Dashi stock - - 1 cup
Sugar - - 3 tablespoons
Soy sauce - - 3 tablespoons
Mirin - - 1 tablespoon
Directions:
Place the kampyo into a bowl and pour bubbling water over the kampyo. Drench for 20 minutes, or until delicate. Channel.
In a little pot, add the kampyo and the excess fixings. Bring to a stew over low hotness and permit the fluid to lessen until practically dry.
Eliminate from hotness, cool, and press somewhat to eliminate the overabundance fluid.
