  Maki Sushi Recipe INGREDIENTS

* Eggs, beaten - - 3
* Sugar - - 1 tablespoon
* Salt - - 1/4 teaspoon

  Maki Sushi Recipe INSTRUCTIONS

1. Beat all together well. Strain through a strainer.
2. Heat an oiled skillet over low hotness. Spoon a limited quantity of the egg into the skillet and disseminate uniformly over base.
3. Allow egg to set. Flip cautiously to set second side. Eliminate.
