Temaki Sushi Rolls



Hand Rolls (Temaki-Sushi) 

Maki Sushi Recipe Ingredients

 o 2 sheets of nori ocean growth
 o Soy sauce
 o 1 cup of cooked sushi rice
 o 1/4 1b. sashimi-grade crude fish (block)
 o 1/4 teaspoon rayu (fiery sesame oil)
 o 1 teaspoon of Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce
 o 1 1/2 teaspoons of mayonnaise (utilize light for less salt/fat) Note - Adjust the bean stew sauce and sesame oil however you would prefer. The above isn't written in stone.

  Maki Sushi Recipe Instructions

 * Place the mayonnaise in a little bowl and mix in the seasame oil and bean stew sauce.
